Look at me making the same exact fucking face.

It’s been a year. At this very moment last year, I was counting down the seconds til I turned 21. And now here I am, cherishing every last second of being 21. 

My 21st year definitely had its ups and downs, but all in all, it was the best year of my life. Everything bad from working in my architecture studios til 5am every other day, to emotional roller coasters with my brother, my boyfriend, or even some of my friends. As well as all the good stuff like trips to Vegas, placing at multiple dance competitions, and realizing who mattered to me the most in my life. 

Less than an hour from now, I will be 22. And like I’ve been saying for the past month… It’s all downhill from here. Regardless, I’m not trying to look at it as a bad thing. Rather, I’m just going to embrace the fact that I am just one year older. One year closer to graduating. Closer to being where I want to be in life. Being everything that I want to be.
